Impulse Branding Solutions was founded by Vishal Barot in Mumbai, with a simple conviction that the commercial branding and fit-out industry in India had a structural problem: fragmentation. Most projects were executed by a network of vendors — civil here, MEP there, signage from a third party — and the client was left managing the interfaces, absorbing the delays, and owning the rework.
IBS was built to solve that problem with a single strategy: bring everything in-house. Our manufacturing facility in Mumbai produces every category of print branding and signage we supply. Our civil and MEP engineers are on our payroll, not on a subcontract. When you hire IBS, you hire the whole team.
Over 15 years, that model has delivered for enterprise clients including Adani Airports, Tata Group, HDFC Life, IDFC FIRST Bank, HSBC, GroupM, and WeWork (via our sister company RKS Interior Pvt Ltd). Our BCAS clearance — one of the most difficult credentials to hold in the Indian construction industry — allows us to execute inside airport terminals, airside and landside.
Today, IBS operates across two fully integrated service lines: Print Branding & Signage, and General Contracting & Fit-Outs. Both lines share one manufacturing base, one civil team, and one management structure. The north star remains unchanged: in-house execution, zero excuses, on-time delivery.

The commercial branding and fit-out market in India is full of companies that claim to be end-to-end. Most are not. They assemble a vendor network project by project, manage it as a PMC, and pass the coordination risk to the client.
IBS is the exception. We own our manufacturing. We employ our civil engineers. This is not a positioning statement — it is a structural fact with consequences: faster timelines, tighter cost control, consistent output quality, and zero inter-vendor accountability gaps.

If we can't execute a scope with our own team and facility, we say so upfront. We do not subcontract critical trades and present them as in-house capability.

We build the construction programme before we sign the contract. If we commit to 10 weeks, the programme is designed to deliver in 10. We don't pad timelines to manage expectations.
