IBS fabricates the bespoke, the dimensional, and the sculptural, the brand objects that standard signage formats can't deliver. Every piece is designed for how it will be built, fabricated across our in-house multi-material floor and Vasai East furniture factory, finished, and installed by IBS crews. Print Branding · Type 01
Freestanding or wall-mounted dimensional brand identity beyond standard channel-letter formats, oversized monumental logos, sculpted brand marks, built-up and fabricated letters in acrylic, metal, foam, or composite, illuminated or non-illuminated. The format for reception identity, building-top logos, flagship-store brand marks, and feature walls where depth, scale, and finish matter more than a catalogue sign can offer. Finishes include chrome, brushed aluminium, painted, and vinyl-wrapped, with halo, front-lit, or internal LED illumination.

Large-format sculptural elements for reception lobbies, atria, brand experience centres, and flagship stores, the centrepiece pieces that define a space. Fabricated in metal, fibreglass, resin, foam, and CNC-cut composite, engineered for safe mounting and finished to gallery standard. These are the most design-and-engineering-intensive pieces IBS builds, and where prototyping and in-house multi-material capability matter most.

Fabricated wayfinding pylons, directional totems, campus-entry structures, and monumental signage for large campuses, institutions, commercial complexes, and aviation. These carry structural and outdoor-durability requirements, engineered substructure, foundation interface, weatherproofing, and (where lit) integrated illumination and surge protection. IBS holds BCAS clearance for execution inside airport terminals, qualifying it for monumental and wayfinding work airside and landside.

Temporary and semi-permanent brand structures for activations, product launches, mall activations, and experiential campaigns, booths, reveal structures, branded zones, and feature builds designed for fast assembly, impact, and (often) reuse. Every IBS custom-fabricated piece is built from named-grade materials, using the right technique for the form, engineered for safe mounting and durability, and QC'd before dispatch. Custom fabrication has no single catalogue spec, instead, material and method are chosen per brief and locked in the fabrication drawings. How We Deliver
A standard custom-fabrication engagement runs from one to two weeks for simpler dimensional pieces to several weeks for complex sculptural or large-scale installations, scaled by design complexity, material, and prototyping needs. The process below is the IBS standard for every fabrication engagement, scaled to the brief, but never skipping design sign-off, QC, or supervised installation.
The engagement starts with a brief covering the brand objective, the space and its dimensions, the audience, sightlines and mounting context, and the budget envelope. We work from your brand guidelines, an architect's GFC drawings, or an interior designer's specification, or develop a concept from scratch if no design exists. Initial consultation is free of charge and without obligation.
The in-house design team prepares concept visuals, material samples, and structural drawings. Material and technique are chosen for the form, finish, durability, and budget, acrylic vs metal vs foam vs FRP, lit vs unlit, indoor vs outdoor. Samples and finishes are reviewed so the client signs off on the actual look, not just a render.
For complex, large-scale, or finish-critical pieces, IBS fabricates a reduced-scale prototype or a full-size section mock-up for sign-off before full production. This is where geometry, finish, illumination, and mounting are validated, catching issues at mock-up stage rather than at the installed object.
Approved design and prototype are converted to fabrication drawings, the material, method, dimensions, finish, illumination, and mounting register the floor builds from. The drawing register becomes the reference for fabrication, installation, and any future service.
Fabrication runs across the required materials and trades on the IBS floor, laser cutting, CNC routing, welding, forming, joinery at Vasai East, finishing, and LED integration. Core fabrication is not outsourced, so quality, finish, and timeline stay under one roof.
Every fabricated element is QC-checked at facility level before dispatch, dimensional accuracy, finish quality, illumination, and structural integrity. Multi-part installations are trial-assembled where practical to confirm fit before they reach site.
In-house crews handle site preparation, structural fixing, assembly, and commissioning, including electrical connection and illumination commissioning for lit pieces. For Gulf and outstation projects, installation support is coordinated for larger engagements. Sign-off is a walk-through with the client or their architect.
Handover includes as-built drawings, finish and material records, and (for lit pieces) electrical documentation and warranty pass-throughs. IBS maintains service capability for finish refresh, LED replacement, and repair, available on-call or under a maintenance arrangement.

LED illumination: backlit, front-lit, halo, and the full finishing range (powder coat, PU, chrome, brushed, wrap) are part of the fabrication, designed in from the start and executed in-house. No handing a finished structure to a separate electrician or paint shop and hoping the finish and the light match the design intent.
In-house crews install across India, and IBS fabricates at its Mumbai facility and exports to UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, and Kuwait, with installation support for larger Gulf projects. BCAS clearance adds airport terminal execution, airside and landside, to the delivery footprint.

Commercials
IBS's commercial engagement for custom fabrication is structured around three pillars: a clear, signed-off scope captured in the approved design, prototype, and fabrication drawings; material and method specified per brief with no surprise substitutions; and workmanship, structural, and finish responsibility through installation. Specific commercial terms, project pricing, scheduling, and stage-wise commercial alignment, are agreed in the proposal. The website is not the place for them.
The commercial relationship is anchored on the approved design, prototype (where applicable), and fabrication drawing register, material, method, dimensions, finish, illumination, and mounting all locked at sign-off. Changes after sign-off are tracked through a written change note with cost and timeline impact noted before proceeding. For bespoke fabrication, this lock-down is what prevents the most common dispute: a built object that differs from what was approved.
IBS invoices for custom fabrication and installation services attract GST at the applicable rate per the prevailing GST Council notification. GST is shown on a separate line in every invoice, with tax certificates issued. Input tax credit availability, where applicable to your business, applies as standard. Export engagements are documented to the applicable export-invoicing requirements.
IBS stands behind fabrication and finishing workmanship and the structural and electrical safety of installed pieces. Warranty is scaled by material, finish, and whether the piece is indoor, outdoor, or illuminated, and is stated at proposal.

Initial consultation and feasibility assessment are provided without charge and without obligation. Concept design, material sampling, and structural drawings, where engaged as a design scope, are itemised in the proposal. Prototypes and section mock-ups for complex builds are scoped and itemised where required. There are no hidden engagement fees prior to the proposal stage.
