For external signage, local authority approvals (BMC, MCGM, etc.) are the client's responsibility in most cases. However, we prepare all technical drawings and specifications required for the application process. For mall fit-outs, we coordinate directly with the mall management team on approvals and scheduling.

Standard payment terms are 30% advance on order confirmation, milestone-based payments during execution (typically 40% on material dispatch), and 30% on completion.
