Yes. Multi-location simultaneous rollouts are a core IBS capability. We have managed projects across 50–500+ locations. All production comes from our single Mumbai facility — ensuring consistent quality — with coordinated dispatch and local installation supervision across cities.

We manufacture LED sign boards, glow sign boards, ACP cladding and fascia, channel letters, pylon signs, window graphics, one-way vision stickers, kiosk structures, and all in-store point-of-sale display graphics. All produced in-house.

Yes. This is a key IBS differentiator — we execute both under one contract. Interior fit-out (civil, MEP, flooring, partitions, joinery) and all signage and brand graphics are planned together and installed in the correct sequence. No coordination gap between contractors.

All production is centralised at our facility. Unlike contractors who outsource to local fabricators in each city, IBS produces everything from one location — same material specification, same colour standard, same quality check. Brand consistency is a physical certainty, not an aspiration.

Standard retail store fit-outs (shell to finished, 500–2,000 sq ft) are completed in 3–6 weeks from site handover. Mall fit-outs with landlord NOC coordination may run 4–8 weeks depending on the mall authority. Signage alone (manufacturing + installation) typically takes 5–10 working days.

Yes. We receive your franchisor's brand standards manual and execute all signage and fit-out elements to the exact specifications — material grades, colour references, dimension standards, and approved suppliers where specified.

Yes. We design and fabricate custom-branded kiosk structures — with integrated lighting, display provisions, and power — and install them at your mall location with all necessary permissions coordinated.

Multi-location retail rollouts are priced per-location, based on a standard specification. Once we agree a unit specification with you, we provide per-store pricing with volume discounts for larger rollouts (10+ stores). You receive a single project price with itemised BOQ.

For external signage, local authority approvals (BMC, MCGM, etc.) are the client's responsibility in most cases. However, we prepare all technical drawings and specifications required for the application process. For mall fit-outs, we coordinate directly with the mall management team on approvals and scheduling.

Standard payment terms are 30% advance on order confirmation, milestone-based payments during execution (typically 40% on material dispatch), and 30% on completion. Larger rollout programmes may have phased payment schedules aligned to store opening milestones. All payments are subject to GST as applicable.

Yes. For new store designs and branding concepts, our design team provides 3D visualisations and scaled mock-up drawings before any material is ordered. This ensures you see exactly how the finished store will look and can request changes before production locks in.

Yes. Vehicle wraps for delivery vans, trucks, and bikes are part of our wide-format print and brand graphics capability. We handle fleet wraps with consistent colour management across the entire fleet — same finish quality across 5 vehicles or 500.

Yes. Temporary and pop-up retail installations — branded structures, modular display systems, and portable kiosks — are standard scope. We design these for rapid assembly, transport, and reuse at multiple locations over your campaign period.

IBS provides a minimum 12-month warranty on all LED sign board modules and driver units against manufacturing defects. Power supply units carry the manufacturer's warranty, typically 2–3 years. Warranty service is provided from our Mumbai facility with site visits for Tier 1 cities.

Yes. Flooring — vinyl, ceramic and vitrified tiles, epoxy, laminate, and carpet tiles — is part of our standard retail fit-out scope. We source materials from reputed manufacturers and handle supply, laying, and finishing in-house.

Yes. Our in-house electrical team handles complete electrical fit-out for retail — DB boards, concealed wiring, lighting circuits, display power points, billing counter power, CCTV provision, and signage power connections. All electrical work is executed by licensed electricians with test certificates on completion.

Yes. Exhibition stall design, fabrication, and installation is a core IBS service. We build custom branded exhibition stalls from octanorm modular systems to fully custom fabricated structures. We handle setup and breakdown at the venue.

There is no formal minimum order, but our most cost-effective pricing is for multi-piece and multi-location orders. Single sign boards and small retail signage projects are accepted. For very small requirements, we recommend discussing your full programme first — IBS is designed for scale.
