Scope, BOQ & spec lock-down
The commercial relationship is anchored on the GFC drawings and BOQ. Every component is itemised, flex / vinyl / acrylic media brand and grade, LED module brand and model, power supply rating, aluminium gauge, mounting hardware, finishing, surge protection. Changes during execution (RFI-driven or client-driven) are tracked through a written change-order log with cost and timeline impact noted before approval. This prevents the most common glow-signage commercial dispute: undisclosed media substitution during printing or fabrication.
Taxes: GST on the IBS invoice
IBS invoices for glow sign board fabrication and installation services attract GST at the applicable rate per the prevailing GST Council notification. GST is shown on a separate line in every invoice, with tax certificates issued. Input tax credit availability, where applicable to your business, applies as standard.
Warranty & defect liability
IBS provides written warranty on every glow sign board engagement, scaled by component class. Warranty cards and as-built documentation form part of the handover packet.
