Why Impulse
One Partner.
Zero Gaps.
Most branding agencies stop at design. Most fit-out contractors ignore brand. IBS is the rare firm that does both, from raw material to last screw on site.
Our Clients
Trusted by India's Largest Brands
From Fortune-500 conglomerates to growing retail chains, brands that cannot afford mistakes.
How We Work
A Process Built for Zero Surprises

Our team visits the site, captures exact measurements, and documents every constraint before a single rupee goes to design.

GFC drawings, material specs, and a detailed BOQ, all reviewed and signed off before production begins.

Every element fabricated in our Mumbai facility: quality-checked before leaving the factory.

Our civil teams execute on site. Snag list resolved within 48 hours. Formal handover with as-built documentation.

“We've worked with contractors who promise and disappear. Impulse is the rare exception. They do what they say, on time, every time. Our entire branch network looks consistent because of them.”

What is Impulse Branding Solutions?
Impulse Branding Solutions is a Mumbai-headquartered commercial branding and interior fit-out company with over fifteen years of operating history. It manufactures signage and print at its own facility, executes interior fit-outs with in-house civil, MEP and joinery teams, and builds furniture at its own factory near Vasai East. It holds company-level BCAS security clearance for airport projects, delivers pan-India, and can support Gulf retail projects through India-based fabrication, installation teams and local support.
What does IBS actually make?
Physical things, in its own facilities: LED and glow sign boards, acrylic and channel letters, ACP facade cladding, backlit lightboxes, vehicle wraps, hoardings, exhibition stalls, printed collateral, and the joinery and furniture inside a completed fit-out. It is a manufacturer and contractor, not an agency that subcontracts production.
What is a commercial fit-out?
A commercial fit-out is the work that turns a bare or stripped shell into an occupiable workplace, branch, store, ward or terminal: civil works, partitions, ceilings, flooring, building services, joinery, furniture and finishing. It is distinct from base-build construction, which delivers the shell itself.
Who is IBS for?
Enterprise and institutional buyers with a date and a specification to hold: procurement heads, admin and facilities managers, architects and project consultants, and brand teams running multi-location rollouts. Named clients include Adani Airports, HSBC, Reliance Retail, IDFC FIRST Bank, HDFC Life, GroupM and WeWork.
Where does IBS work?
Headquartered in Goregaon West, Mumbai, with pan-India delivery covering Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad and tier-two cities. For new Gulf retail assignments, IBS can fabricate in India, ship to site, send an installation team and arrange local support.

What You Get
What a client actually receives from us
The deliverables, stated plainly. These are the items worth writing into any contractor’s scope, ours included.
Before you commit
- A site survey with measured drawings, not a desktop estimate
- A line-item quotation naming materials, component brands and lead times
- Provisional sums identified as provisional rather than buried in a rate
- A programme worked backwards from your occupation or opening date
- Written assumptions, so you can see which one moved if the number changes
While we build
- A named project lead, on site, contractually accountable for the date
- Physical material samples approved before bulk order, not renders
- Weekly progress against programme, with slippage reported when it happens
- Factory QC on every unit before dispatch, so defects surface in Mumbai
- Variations agreed in writing against the original BOQ before work proceeds
At handover and after
- Joint snag walk, snags listed, dated, closed and photographically evidenced
- Closeout pack: as-built drawings, test records, operating instructions
- Warranty certificates with manufacturer pass-throughs collated in one file
- Workmanship warranty of 12 to 24 months on signage, plus a stated defect liability period on fit-outs
- The same named contact answers service calls, holding the original drawings and spares

One accountable manufacturer against the coordination model
Most organisations do not choose between IBS and one similar company. They choose between a single accountable contractor and the arrangement they would otherwise assemble: a designer, a civil contractor, an MEP agency, a furniture vendor and a signage supplier, coordinated internally.
| Coordinating several suppliers | One contract with IBS | |
|---|---|---|
| Who holds the date | Your admin or projects head, alongside their actual job. | A named IBS project lead, contractually. |
| Where defects appear | On site, after transport, with a crew already mobilised. | At factory QC in Mumbai, before dispatch. |
| Furniture fit | Measured pre-construction; mismatch found on delivery day. | Built to the as-built dimension at our own factory. |
| Colour across sites | Each vendor proofs on its own equipment. Batches drift. | One calibrated pipeline, one approved physical swatch. |
| Warranty | Split across every supplier. None owns the failure. | Single claim point across civil, MEP, joinery, furniture and signage. |
| Month-seven service call | The supplier may no longer hold your specification. | The project lead holds the drawings and the spares. |
Market Context
What the published data says
- Retail leasing across India’s top seven cities reached a record 8.9 million sq ft in 2025, and Reliance Retail, an IBS client, operated 20,000 stores across 77.4 million sq ft as of November 2025. At that scale, holding one brand specification across every site is a manufacturing problem, not a design one. IBEF, Indian Retail Industry, updated February 2026
- Public capital expenditure in the Union Budget 2026-27 rose to Rs. 12.22 lakh crore (US$ 135.8 billion), from Rs. 10.96 lakh crore in FY25-26, with roughly Rs. 143 lakh crore of infrastructure spending planned across FY24 to FY30. That is the pipeline behind airport, metro, healthcare and education fit-out work. IBEF, Infrastructure Sector in India, updated February 2026
- India’s digital signage market was valued at USD 1,074.5 Million in 2025, forecast to USD 3,494.3 Million by 2034 at a 14.00% CAGR. The shift toward lit and digital display is why component specification, rather than panel size, now decides what a sign costs to own. IMARC Group, India Digital Signage Market, base year 2025
