This Privacy Policy explains how Impulse Branding Solutions ("IBS", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data when you visit impulsebranding.in or contact us through it. IBS is a Mumbai-based commercial branding, signage, and interior fit-out business.

We have also drafted this policy to align with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the "DPDP Act"), India's new data-protection law, which is being brought into force in phases.

When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, request a quotation, or contact us by email, telephone, or WhatsApp, we collect the details you choose to share, typically your name, organisation, email address, telephone number, and the contents of your message or project brief.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the website, our hosting and content-delivery provider records standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you view. This helps us keep the website secure and reliable.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data (such as financial account details, passwords, or health data) through this website. Please do not include sensitive personal data in your enquiry.

9. How we protect your data

We follow reasonable security practices and procedures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Our website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. While no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, we work to protect your data using practices appropriate to its sensitivity.

In accordance with the SPDI Rules, 2011, you may contact our Grievance Officer with any question, request, or complaint regarding this Privacy Policy or your personal data. We will acknowledge and address grievances within one month.

11. Children's data

This website is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact our Grievance Officer and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

13. Governing law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to it is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
