Our MEP Works service covers: Electrical — LT Panels to Lighting; HVAC — Design to Commissioning; Firefighting Systems; Plumbing & Sanitation. All work is executed entirely in-house — civil, MEP, and fit-out teams under one contract. No subcontracting. No third-party site teams.

Timelines depend on scope and scale. Standard mep works projects are completed within 4–16 weeks from GFC drawing approval. Large institutional or multi-location fit-outs are project-planned with a phased schedule. Rush turnarounds are available for urgent requirements. A confirmed Gantt-based timeline is provided at the quotation stage.

Yes. We work from approved GFC drawings, client-specified materials, and brand design standards. For corporate and BFSI clients, we maintain strict adherence to approved material schedules and finish specifications. If you have a design manual or fitout specifications, we work strictly to it.

Yes. All mep works projects carry a standard defect liability period (DLP) as per contract terms — typically 12 months from practical completion. Structural works carry longer DLP terms as specified in the project contract. DLP conditions are documented clearly in our quotation.

Yes. Impulse Branding Solutions holds BCAS (Bureau of Civil Aviation Security) clearance, qualifying us to execute works inside airport terminals — both airside and landside. This credential is required for any work within secured airport zones and is held by very few fit-out contractors in India.

Yes. IBS is registered under GST and issues compliant tax invoices for all projects. TDS-compliant billing, formal purchase order processing, and milestone-based invoice schedules are standard. We are fully set up for corporate and institutional procurement requirements.
