A hoarding is a structure as much as a graphic: a frame that has to survive wind and monsoon, a print that has to read from across a road and last months in the sun, and an installation that has to be safe and on time. Most suppliers do one part and broker the rest. We fabricate the framework, print the flex in-house, and install on site with our own teams, so a hoarding arrives complete, to one specification, with one team accountable for the structure, the graphic, and the mounting. A hoarding has to stand up and read well for months outdoors. We engineer the structure, specify weather-grade media and inks, and install safely, and document the build.
Structure & mounting
- MS framework: mild-steel framework fabricated and treated for outdoor structural use
- Wind-load design: structure and mesh selection engineered against IS 875 design loads on tall and exposed installations
- Safe installation: mounting and installation to the substrate and location, with site safety on construction sites
Print media & inks
- Star-frontlit flex: coated flex, typically 300 to 340 GSM (13 oz class), for standard outdoor hoardings
- Backlit flex: heavier double-coated flex, typically 450 GSM class, for illuminated structures
- Mesh and blockout flex: wind-permeable perforated mesh for exposed and scaffold-mounted faces, blockout where show-through matters
- Print width and resolution: up to 5 metres single-piece seam-free, printed at 720 to 1440 dpi by viewing distance
- UV-stable inks: outdoor solvent and eco-solvent inks that hold colour against sun and monsoon over the campaign period
- Seaming & tensioning: welded seams and proper tensioning for a flat, durable face at scale
