IBS builds the full range of exhibition stalls: from fully custom fabricated stands and island pavilions through modular reusable systems, portable pop-ups, and shell-scheme upgrades. Every stall is designed for the way it will actually be fabricated, then built across our Mumbai and Vasai East facilities, branded on our in-house print lines, wired and lit in-house, and installed by IBS crews at the venue. Custom fabricated stalls are purpose-built for one show and one brand, unique architecture, bespoke joinery, branded finishes, integrated lighting, AV walls, product display, storage, and flooring. This is the format where IBS's vertical integration matters most: design, in-house carpentry and furniture from the Vasai East factory, in-house printing, and in-house electrical mean the built stall matches the rendered design, with no interpretation loss between a design agency and a separate fabricator. Custom stands are engineered for safe build-up and dismantle within tight venue timelines.

Double-storey and island pavilions are the premium large-footprint formats for flagship brand presence at major national trade fairs, open on all sides, multiple zones, upper-level hospitality, and high sightline branding. These stands carry the most engineering load: structural design for the upper deck, staircase and railing safety, load calculations, and venue structural approvals. IBS engineers, fabricates, and certifies these to the relevant load and safety standards, with in-house structural fabrication and on-site supervised build-up.

Modular exhibition systems are pre-engineered, tool-light structures that pack flat, travel in cases, and reassemble across multiple shows, the economical choice for brands exhibiting several times a year. Graphics are replaceable between shows, so the structure persists while the messaging refreshes. IBS supplies and configures modular systems with branded infill panels printed in-house, integrated lighting, and reconfigurable layouts that adapt to different booth sizes across a show calendar.

Portable displays are the lightweight, quick-assembly formats for smaller exhibitors, roadshows, and satellite presence, fabric pop-ups, roll-up standees, tabletop displays, and tension-fabric backdrops that one or two people set up without tools. IBS prints the graphics in-house on its large-format and fabric lines and supplies the hardware, so the display is colour-accurate and ready to deploy across a multi-city roadshow.

Shell-scheme upgrades transform the basic organiser-supplied booth (bare walls, fascia, one light, one table) into a branded environment, wall graphics, branded counters, upgraded lighting, flooring, and furniture, all within the standard in-line footprint. This is the high-volume, fast-turnaround format for exhibitors who've booked a shell-scheme space and need it to look like a real brand stand. IBS executes shell upgrades with printed wall panels, plug-in lighting, and furniture from the Vasai East factory.

For exhibitors and event agencies who design and build their own structures and only need the branding, IBS supplies stall graphics as a standalone scope, fascia, wall panels, backdrops, standees, hanging banners, and floor graphics printed in-house and finished ready to fit. This is the print-depth side of the offer: the same colour-managed large-format and digital printing that drives our dedicated print lines, supplied to fit a stall someone else is building.

Bespoke stall furniture and joinery: reception counters, display cabinets, product plinths, shelving, seating, meeting tables, and storage, are built at our own furniture factory near Vasai East on the Mumbai–Ahmedabad Highway, the same facility that supplies our office fit-out projects. Factory-built furniture means QC before dispatch, consistent finish, and the ability to engineer fixtures specific to a product display rather than buying generic units. This is capability most stall vendors don't have in-house.

Stall lighting and electrical are engineered and tested in-house, brand-accent lighting, backlit feature panels and logos, spotlighting for product zones, LED walls and screen mounting, and safe power distribution to the venue supply. In-house electrical means the lighting design is part of the stall design from the start, tested before dispatch, and commissioned safely at the venue to organiser and electrical-safety requirements.

Every IBS exhibition stall is engineered for structural safety, electrical safety, and venue compliance, and built from named-brand materials held to the drawing register. Exhibition build-up is governed by organiser rules, venue regulations, and time-bound build/strike windows, below are the codes, materials, and quality controls that anchor every stall engagement.

How We Deliver
A standard exhibition-stall engagement runs from two to six weeks concept-to-build-up for custom stands, shorter for modular and shell-scheme work, with the immovable constraint being the show date and the organiser's build-up window. The process below is the IBS standard for every stall engagement, scaled to the format, but never skipping design approval, factory pre-build, or on-site supervision.
The engagement starts with a brief covering the show, the booked space (size, type, in-line, corner, peninsula, island; shell or raw), brand objectives, must-have zones (meeting, demo, hospitality, storage), budget envelope, and the build-up and show dates. Output: a confirmed brief and a design direction. Initial design consultation is free of charge and without obligation.
Design moves from concept to 3D render: stall architecture, zoning, branding placement, lighting, and furniture, so the exhibitor sees the stand before it's built. Because IBS fabricates what it designs, the render is grounded in a buildable structure and the venue's height, rigging, and material rules. Revisions cycle through one project lead.
Approved design is converted to good-for-construction drawings, the structural, electrical, joinery, and graphics drawing register the factory builds from. Where the organiser requires stand-design submission (mandatory for custom and double-storey stands), IBS prepares and submits the drawings for venue and organiser approval, including structural sign-off for elevated structures.
The structure is fabricated, furniture and joinery are built at the Vasai East factory, and graphics are printed on the in-house large-format and digital lines. Custom stands are dry-fitted or pre-assembled at the factory to catch fit issues before the venue. Lighting and electrical are assembled and bench-tested. Everything is QC'd before it's loaded.
The stall, furniture, graphics, and electrical are packed and transported to the venue in a sequenced load plan timed to the organiser's build-up slot. Pan-India build-ups are coordinated from Mumbai with freight scheduled to the hall's access window.
IBS crews assemble the stall within the organiser's build-up window under an IBS site supervisor, structure, panels, furniture, graphics, lighting, flooring, and AV mounting. The supervisor manages snagging, electrical energising and testing, and organiser handover so the stand is show-ready before doors open.
Where engaged, IBS provides show-day standby for any lighting, structural, or graphics attention during the exhibition, so issues are resolved on the floor without the exhibitor chasing a contractor. This is scoped per engagement based on show length and stand complexity.
At strike, IBS crews dismantle and remove the stall within the organiser's tear-down window. Reusable structures, modular systems, and furniture can be returned to IBS storage for the next show, with graphics refreshed between deployments. Reuse planning is advised at design stage for brands exhibiting through a season.

Bespoke counters, display plinths, cabinets, and seating are engineered to the stall and the product, factory-finished, and QC'd before dispatch. Most stall vendors buy generic furniture or sub-contract joinery; IBS builds it, controlling cost, finish, and lead time.

IBS's commercial engagement for exhibition stalls is structured around three pillars: a clear, signed-off scope captured in the approved design and drawing register; named-material specification with no surprise substitutions; and workmanship and safety responsibility through build-up, show, and strike. Specific commercial terms, stall pricing, scheduling, and stage-wise commercial alignment, are agreed in the proposal. The website is not the place for them.
The commercial relationship is anchored on the approved design and the good-for-construction drawing register, structure, furniture, graphics, electrical, flooring, and zones all locked at sign-off. Changes after sign-off (exhibitor-driven or organiser-driven) are tracked through a written change note with cost and timeline impact noted before proceeding. This prevents the most common stall dispute: a built stand that doesn't match what was approved.
IBS invoices for exhibition-stall design, fabrication, and installation services attract GST at the applicable rate per the prevailing GST Council notification. GST is shown on a separate line in every invoice, with tax certificates issued. Input tax credit availability, where applicable to your business, applies as standard.
IBS stands behind fabrication and finishing workmanship and the structural and electrical safety of the stand through build-up, show, and strike. Safety certifications for elevated and rigged structures form part of the handover where applicable.

Detailed concept design and 3D visualisation beyond the initial direction, where engaged as a design scope, are itemised in the proposal.
