Product Range

What kinds of kiosks does IBS build and brand?

IBS builds the full range of commercial kiosks — retail, banking, airport, telecom, F&B, and information/digital — each designed for its location, traffic, and brand, then fabricated, branded, wired, and lit in-house and delivered ready to operate. Kiosks sit between signage and full fabrication: for larger bespoke and sculptural installations see custom fabricated branding; for full interior builds see office fit-outs. Seven kiosk categories follow — each a routine engagement across retail, BFSI, aviation, telecom, and F&B.

Retail & Mall Kiosks

Mall, high-street, and in-store kiosks for product display, sales, and brand activation — the highest-volume kiosk category. Designed for footfall and quick brand impact, with merchandising display, storage, lighting, and branded surfaces. IBS fabricates and brands these as a single unit, with merchandising fixtures from the Vasai East factory and colour-accurate in-house-printed graphics.

  • Mall island kiosks — open, footfall-facing product and sales kiosks
  • In-store kiosks — brand and product kiosks within larger stores
  • Activation & promo kiosks — short-cycle brand-activation units
  • Merchandising-fixture integration — display built to the product
  • Branded surfaces & lighting — colour-accurate graphics with accent lighting

Banking & ATM Kiosks

Customer-service points, ATM enclosures, and digital-banking kiosks for BFSI clients — built for security, durability, and brand consistency across a network. Enclosures integrate machine mounting, lighting, ventilation, security panels, and branded surfaces. A natural extension of IBS's BFSI in-branch and signage work, executed to brand standard across multiple sites.

  • ATM enclosures — secure, ventilated, branded ATM housings
  • Digital-banking kiosks — self-service banking terminals
  • Customer-service points — staffed and self-service branch kiosks
  • Network-consistent branding — identical finish across sites
  • Security & durability — built for 24×7 self-service use

Airport & Transit Kiosks

Information, retail, and service kiosks for airports, metro stations, and railway terminals — executed under the strict security and compliance requirements of transit environments. IBS holds BCAS clearance for execution inside airport terminals (airside and landside), qualifying it for retail-tenant and information kiosks at major Indian airports including Adani Airports terminals.

  • Airport retail kiosks — duty-free and concession retail units
  • Information & service kiosks — passenger information and service points
  • Transit-station kiosks — metro and railway retail and information units
  • BCAS-cleared execution — airside and landside terminal work
  • Compliance-built — to airport security and operational requirements

Telecom Kiosks

SIM, recharge, and device-display kiosks for telecom operators — built for product display, transaction, and brand presence in malls, high streets, and stores. Telecom kiosks balance secure device display with open, inviting brand surfaces, fabricated and branded as one unit with integrated power and data provisions.

  • SIM & recharge kiosks — transaction and service units
  • Device-display kiosks — secure handset and device display
  • Operator-branded surfaces — colour-accurate brand graphics
  • Power & data provisions — built-in connectivity for devices
  • Mall & high-street formats — sized to the location

F&B Kiosks & Carts

Food-service kiosks and carts for quick-service F&B brands in malls, food courts, and public spaces — built to F&B operational needs (counters, equipment provisions, hygiene-friendly surfaces) and branded for appetite appeal. Fabricated with the durability and cleanability F&B service demands, and branded to the QSR brand standard.

  • QSR kiosks — quick-service food kiosks for malls and food courts
  • Beverage & dessert carts — compact mobile F&B units
  • Counter & equipment provisions — built to F&B operational layout
  • Hygiene-friendly surfaces — cleanable, durable finishes
  • Appetite-appeal branding — vivid in-house-printed F&B graphics

Information, Digital & Wayfinding Kiosks

Public information points, digital-wayfinding terminals, and self-service units for malls, campuses, public buildings, and transit — combining structure, screen mounting, and brand surfaces with the power and data provisions a digital terminal needs. IBS builds the housing and branding around the client's chosen hardware, delivered terminal-ready.

  • Digital wayfinding terminals — screen-mounted directional kiosks
  • Self-service information points — public information units
  • Touchscreen housings — branded enclosures for interactive screens
  • Campus & public-building kiosks — information and directory units
  • Hardware-ready housings — built around the client's chosen screens

Knockdown & Relocatable Kiosks

Knockdown kiosks disassemble and move — built for seasonal retail, pop-up activations, roadshows, and locations where permanent structures aren't permitted. Engineered to assemble and strike repeatedly without losing finish or alignment, they let a brand redeploy the same unit across sites and seasons rather than rebuilding each time.

  • Seasonal retail kiosks — redeployable festive and seasonal units
  • Pop-up & activation kiosks — quick-assembly brand units
  • Roadshow kiosks — packable units for multi-city tours
  • Repeat assembly & strike — engineered to move without finish loss
  • Storage between deployments — held and serviced for reuse

What We Deliver

Scope of Work

Every kiosk building & branding engagement is executed entirely in-house — design, fabrication, and installation under one roof.

Structural + Branding in One

We design and fabricate the structural frame and apply all branding graphics — reducing coordination between structural contractor and signage vendor. One contract, one team.

Integrated Lighting & Power

Internal LED lighting, display mounting provisions, power distribution boards, and data provisions built into the kiosk structure during fabrication.

Retail, Banking & Public Use

Kiosk types we fabricate: retail merchandise kiosks, bank ATM kiosks and enclosures, information kiosks, wayfinding kiosks, and service counter kiosks.

Knockdown & Relocatable

Knockdown kiosks that can be disassembled and moved — useful for seasonal retail, pop-up setups, and locations where permanent structures aren't permitted.

The IBS Advantage

Why Choose Impulse Branding?

Most kiosk suppliers in India either fabricate the structure and buy in the branding, or brand a structure someone else built — leaving the brand to coordinate a structural contractor and a signage vendor. IBS is built differently: structure, branding, furniture, lighting, and power under one team, with airport clearance and 15+ years of execution. Below are the six pillars of the IBS kiosk advantage.

01

Structure and branding from one team

IBS designs and fabricates the structural frame and applies all branding in-house — one contract, one team, one accountability. The brand doesn't coordinate a structural contractor against a separate signage vendor and hope the branding fits the structure; it all comes from one floor, so the kiosk arrives complete and correct.

02

Integrated lighting and power, built in

Internal LED lighting, display-mounting provisions, power-distribution boards, and data provisions are built into the kiosk during fabrication — not retrofitted afterwards. The kiosk arrives wired, lit, and ready to operate, tested before dispatch and commissioned on site.

03

Bespoke furniture from our Vasai East factory

Counters, display fixtures, and storage are built at our furniture factory near Vasai East — engineered to the product and the kiosk, factory-finished, and QC'd before dispatch. Most kiosk vendors buy generic fixtures or sub-contract joinery; IBS builds them, controlling cost, finish, and lead time.

04

Knockdown and relocatable construction

Where a kiosk must move — seasonal retail, pop-ups, roadshows, or no-permanent-structure locations — IBS builds knockdown units engineered to assemble and strike repeatedly without losing finish or alignment, and stores and services them between deployments. The same unit redeploys rather than being rebuilt.

05

BCAS clearance for airport kiosks

The Bureau of Civil Aviation Security clears IBS for execution inside airport terminals, airside and landside — qualifying it for retail-tenant and information kiosks at major Indian airports including Adani Airports terminals. BCAS is the procurement gate for airport kiosk work, and IBS clears it.

06

15+ years and an enterprise approved-vendor record

IBS has held approved-vendor status at Reliance Retail, HDFC ERGO, HSBC, Aditya Birla Retail, Adani Airports, Society Tea, EPSON, and Duravit across many of the past 15 years. The execution discipline enterprise vendor-approval demands — on-time, on-spec, safe delivery — is what retail-rollout and airport kiosk work requires. New enterprise clients can often reuse our existing credentials to accelerate their own vendor approval.

How We Work

Our Process

A standard kiosk engagement runs from one to four weeks design-to-delivery for single units, longer for multi-unit rollouts and complex digital or airport kiosks, with the constraint usually being a store-opening, activation, or mall-handover date. The process below is the IBS standard for every kiosk engagement.

01

Brief, location and objectives

The engagement starts with a brief covering the kiosk type, location and its constraints (mall/airport rules, footprint, power, access), function (retail, service, information, F&B), brand objectives, quantity, and the target date. Output: a confirmed brief and a design direction. Initial consultation is free of charge and without obligation.

02

Design and 3D visualisation

Design moves from concept to 3D render — structure, zoning, branding, lighting, display, and power — so the client sees the kiosk before it's built. Because IBS fabricates what it designs, the render is grounded in a buildable unit and the venue's rules (mall height limits, airport compliance).

03

Venue approval and GFC drawings

Approved design becomes good-for-construction drawings — structure, electrical, joinery, and branding. Where the mall, airport, or venue requires kiosk-design submission, IBS prepares and submits for approval, including airport compliance for terminal kiosks.

04

Fabrication, furniture and branding

The structure is fabricated, counters and fixtures built at the Vasai East factory, branding printed in-house, and lighting and power integrated. Single units and multi-unit rollouts are built to consistent spec, and units are dry-fitted or fully assembled at the factory before dispatch.

05

QC and electrical testing

Every kiosk is checked at the factory — fit, finish, branding, and full electrical testing of lighting and power — before dispatch. Defects are caught in the factory, not at the customer's high-traffic site.

06

Delivery and installation

The complete kiosk is delivered and installed at the location, with power connection and commissioning. For airport and transit sites, installation is executed under the venue's security and access requirements. For relocatable units, assembly is demonstrated to the client's team.

07

Commissioning and handover

The kiosk is commissioned ready-to-operate — lighting, power, display, and branding checked — and handed over to the client. Handover includes operating and (for knockdown units) assembly guidance, plus warranty documentation.

08

Service, relocation and refresh

IBS supports kiosk service, brand-graphic refresh, and relocation of knockdown units, and produces additional units colour- and spec-matched to the original for network growth or seasonal redeployment.

Standards & Materials

What materials, engineering, and standards does IBS kiosk fabrication follow?

Every IBS kiosk is structurally engineered for its environment, built from named-brand materials, wired to electrical-safety standards, and QC'd before dispatch. Kiosks for transit and airport environments carry additional compliance. Below are the engineering, material, and quality standards that anchor every kiosk engagement.

Engineering, electrical & compliance

  • Structural design — frame engineered to the location, loading, and (for relocatable units) repeat assembly
  • Electrical safety — CEA-compliant wiring, earthing, and surge protection for lit and powered kiosks
  • Airport / transit compliance — BCAS clearance for airport-terminal kiosks; venue and operator rules for transit
  • Fire & material safety — fire-retardant materials and finishes where mall, airport, or venue rules require
  • Accessibility — counter heights and approach considered for public-use and service kiosks

Materials & build

  • Structure — fabricated MS and aluminium framing; ply and MDF substructure per design
  • Surfaces & laminates — Merino / Greenlam / Century laminates; PU and duco finishes for premium units
  • Branding — in-house large-format and digital print on Avery Dennison, 3M, ORACAL media; ACP and acrylic for dimensional elements
  • Lighting — LED spot, strip, and backlit modules with Mean Well / Schneider power supplies
  • Joinery & fixtures — bespoke counters and display from the Vasai East furniture factory; Hettich / Hafele / Blum hardware
  • Glazing & display — acrylic and glass display elements where required
  • Final spec is agreed at design sign-off and locked to the drawing register. Substitutions only with written client approval.

Quality assurance

  • Factory pre-assembly — kiosks dry-fitted or fully assembled at the factory to catch fit issues before site
  • Furniture QC at Vasai East — counters and fixtures checked before dispatch
  • Print QC — colour and registration checked on every branded surface
  • Electrical testing — lighting and power tested before dispatch and on commissioning
  • Pre-delivery check — complete unit verified ready-to-operate before dispatch
  • On-site commissioning — installation, power connection, and handover to the client

Who We Work With

Industries Served

Kiosks serve every sector that needs a branded presence in a high-traffic location — retail and malls, aviation and transit, BFSI, telecom, and F&B being the highest-frequency users. Below are the sector-specific patterns IBS builds against most often.

Retail & Malls — Product, Sales & Activation Kiosks

Retail brands and mall operators use kiosks for product display, sales, and brand activation in high-footfall locations. IBS executes for Reliance Retail, Aditya Birla Retail, and other retail brands — fabricated and branded as one unit with merchandising fixtures from the Vasai East factory and colour-accurate graphics, rolled out consistently across locations.

Airports & Aviation — Retail, Information & Service Kiosks

Aviation needs retail-tenant, information, and service kiosks built under strict security and compliance. IBS holds BCAS clearance for airport-terminal execution airside and landside, executing for Adani Airports and airport retail tenants to the terminal's operational and security requirements.

BFSI — ATM Enclosures & Self-Service Kiosks

Banks and NBFCs use ATM enclosures and self-service banking kiosks built for security, durability, and brand consistency across networks. IBS executes for HDFC ERGO, Godrej Finance, and other BFSI brands, applying the same brand-standard discipline used on their branch and signage programmes.

Telecom — SIM, Recharge & Device Kiosks

Telecom operators use kiosks for SIM, recharge, and device display in malls and high streets — secure device display with open, inviting brand surfaces and built-in power and data. IBS fabricates and brands these to the operator standard for consistent multi-location presence.

F&B & QSR — Food Kiosks & Carts

Quick-service F&B brands use kiosks and carts in malls, food courts, and public spaces — built to F&B operational and hygiene needs and branded for appetite appeal. IBS fabricates with cleanable, durable finishes and vivid in-house-printed F&B graphics.

Commercial

Commercial framework

IBS's commercial engagement for kiosks is structured around three pillars: a clear, signed-off scope captured in the approved design and drawing register; named material and system specification with no surprise substitutions; and workmanship, electrical, and structural responsibility through installation. Specific commercial terms — kiosk pricing, scheduling, and stage-wise commercial alignment — are agreed in the proposal. The website is not the place for them.

Scope, design sign-off & drawing register

The commercial relationship is anchored on the approved design and the good-for-construction drawing register — structure, branding, lighting, power, furniture, and finish all locked at sign-off. Changes after sign-off are tracked through a written change note with cost and timeline impact noted before proceeding. This prevents the most common kiosk dispute: a delivered unit that differs from what was approved.

Taxes — GST on the IBS invoice

IBS invoices for kiosk fabrication and installation attract GST at the applicable rate per the prevailing GST Council notification. GST is shown on a separate line in every invoice, with tax certificates issued. Input tax credit availability — where applicable to your business — applies as standard.

Workmanship, electrical & structural liability

IBS stands behind fabrication and finishing workmanship and the electrical and structural safety of installed kiosks. Warranty is scaled by component and use, and stated at proposal.

Warranty & defect liability

Fabrication & finishing workmanship
defect-free build and finish guaranteed; rectification of any workmanship defect
Furniture & joinery (Vasai East)
factory QC before dispatch; workmanship guaranteed per furniture standard
Branding & print
colour-to-approved-reference and finish guaranteed; reprint of any print defect
Lighting & electrical

Consultation, design & site survey

Initial consultation and feasibility assessment are provided without charge and without obligation. Concept design and 3D visualisation beyond the initial direction — where engaged as a design scope — are itemised in the proposal. Venue and airport approval submissions are handled as part of the build scope. Where a site survey is needed for a fixed location, it is arranged as part of the scope. There are no hidden engagement fees prior to the proposal stage.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions About Kiosk Building & Branding

Everything procurement heads, project managers, and marketing teams ask before commissioning kiosk building & branding from IBS.

Does IBS design kiosks, or only fabricate them?

Both, in-house. IBS designs the kiosk (concept and 3D visualisation), then fabricates the structure, builds the furniture, prints and applies the branding, integrates lighting and power, and installs it — all under one project lead. The same company designs and builds, so the delivered kiosk matches the render and arrives ready to operate.

Does IBS supply kiosks ready to use?

Yes. Kiosks are delivered fully fabricated, branded, and fitted — electrical points, lighting, display fixtures, and brand graphics completed before delivery, then installed and commissioned on site. The unit arrives ready to operate, not as parts to assemble and finish.

What types of kiosks does IBS build?

Retail and mall kiosks, banking and ATM enclosures, airport and transit kiosks, telecom SIM/recharge/device kiosks, F&B kiosks and carts, information/digital/wayfinding kiosks, and knockdown relocatable kiosks. We advise the right format for your location, function, and how often the unit needs to move.

Can IBS build kiosks for airports?

Yes. IBS holds BCAS (Bureau of Civil Aviation Security) clearance for execution inside airport terminals, airside and landside, qualifying it for retail-tenant, information, and service kiosks at major Indian airports including Adani Airports terminals, built to the terminal's security and operational requirements.

Does IBS integrate lighting and power into kiosks?

Yes. Internal LED lighting, display mounting, power-distribution boards, and data provisions are built into the kiosk during fabrication and tested before dispatch — not retrofitted afterwards. The kiosk arrives wired, lit, and ready to operate, commissioned safely on site to electrical-safety standards.

Can kiosks be moved or relocated?

Yes. Knockdown and relocatable kiosks are engineered to disassemble and reassemble repeatedly without losing finish or alignment — ideal for seasonal retail, pop-ups, roadshows, and locations where permanent structures aren't permitted. We can store and service relocatable units between deployments.

Does the price include GST?

GST is shown on a separate line in every IBS invoice at the applicable rate per the prevailing GST Council notification — not bundled into the line-item price. Tax invoices and tax certificates are issued for every billing event. Input tax credit availability — where applicable to your business — applies as standard.

What is the warranty on a kiosk?

IBS guarantees fabrication and finishing workmanship and the electrical and structural safety of installed kiosks, with rectification of any defect. Warranty is scaled by component — furniture QC'd at Vasai East, branding guaranteed colour-to-reference, lighting and electrical tested with manufacturer pass-through, and relocatable units warranted for repeat assembly — stated at proposal.

How long does it take to build a kiosk?

Single units typically run one to four weeks design-to-delivery depending on complexity; multi-unit rollouts and complex digital or airport kiosks take longer. The constraint is usually a store-opening, activation, or mall-handover date, which we plan back from. A firm timeline is confirmed at proposal after design sign-off.

Can IBS build multiple kiosks to the same design?

Yes. Multi-unit kiosk rollouts are built to consistent spec from the locked drawing register, with colour-accurate branding and identical finish across every unit — the same rollout discipline IBS applies to retail signage and in-branch programmes. New units for network growth are spec- and colour-matched to the original.

Does IBS build banking and ATM enclosures?

Yes. ATM enclosures, digital-banking kiosks, and self-service points are built for security, ventilation, durability, and brand consistency across a network, with machine mounting, lighting, and branded surfaces integrated. A natural extension of IBS's BFSI branch and signage work.

Can IBS build F&B kiosks and food carts?

Yes. Quick-service F&B kiosks and carts are built to F&B operational needs — counters, equipment provisions, and hygiene-friendly cleanable surfaces — and branded for appetite appeal with vivid in-house-printed graphics, fabricated to the durability F&B service demands.

Does IBS build digital and touchscreen kiosks?

Yes. Information, digital-wayfinding, and self-service kiosks are built as branded housings around the client's chosen screens and hardware, with screen mounting, power, and data provisions integrated. We build the housing and branding terminal-ready; the client supplies or specifies the hardware.

How does IBS compare to a typical kiosk vendor?

Most kiosk vendors either fabricate and buy in the branding, or brand a structure someone else built — leaving you to coordinate two parties. IBS designs, fabricates, builds the furniture, brands, wires, and installs in one team, with airport clearance and bespoke furniture from our own factory. One accountability, complete unit.

Can IBS handle venue and mall approvals for kiosks?

Yes. Where a mall, airport, or venue requires kiosk-design submission, IBS prepares and submits the drawings for approval — including airport compliance for terminal kiosks — and observes venue rules on footprint, height, materials, and power. Approval timelines are factored into the schedule.

Does IBS work to our brand guidelines?

Yes. We build to your brand guidelines — colour references, fonts, proportions, and identity — and can fabricate to a design your team or agency has created, or design from scratch. In-house printing keeps brand colours accurate across every surface and every unit.

What is the difference between a kiosk and an exhibition stall?

A kiosk is a compact, often permanent or semi-permanent branded unit for ongoing use in a fixed high-traffic location — a mall, airport, branch, or store. An exhibition stall is a larger, usually temporary build for a specific trade show, assembled and struck within the show window. IBS builds both in-house; for trade-show stands see the exhibition-stalls line, and we'll advise which format fits your use.

Can IBS build a single kiosk, or only bulk orders?

Both. IBS builds a single bespoke kiosk as readily as a multi-unit rollout — there's no minimum. Single units get the same design, fabrication, branding, and commissioning process; multi-unit rollouts add spec-locking and colour consistency across every unit so a network of kiosks matches.

Does IBS provide kiosk maintenance and graphic refresh?

Yes. IBS supports kiosk servicing, brand-graphic refresh, lighting and electrical maintenance, and — for knockdown units — relocation between sites. Refresh graphics and replacement parts are produced colour- and spec-matched to the original so a serviced or refreshed kiosk stays on brand.

Can IBS build digital and interactive touchscreen kiosks?

Yes. IBS builds branded housings around the client's chosen screens and hardware — touchscreen enclosures, digital-wayfinding terminals, and self-service units — with screen mounting, power, and data provisions integrated and delivered terminal-ready. We build the housing and branding; the client supplies or specifies the interactive hardware.

How do I get a kiosk quote from IBS?

Share the kiosk type, location and its constraints, function, quantity, and your target date through the enquiry form, by phone, or by email, with any brand or reference material. We'll propose a design direction and provide a proposal. Initial consultation is free of charge and without obligation.
