What the project needed to solve
Short Lead Times Between Events
Trade show calendars offer little room between events — stalls must be demounted, transported, refurbished if needed, and erected at the next venue, often within a week.
Brand Consistency Across Event Scales
Stall configurations varied from 9 sq mt local dealer events to 100+ sq mt national exhibitions — Canon and Epson's brand identity had to read consistently at every scale.
Our Approach
How Impulse Branding executed it
All stall structures, backwall graphics, product display plinths, and branded collateral were fabricated in-house — no external vendors required between events.
A modular stall system was designed to reconfigure from small to large formats without new fabrication, reducing per-event cost significantly over the programme.
