Full Scope Under One Roof
GroupM needed a single contractor for civil, MEP, interiors, and branding — eliminating the coordination overhead of managing multiple specialist agencies.
Occupied Building, Active Floor Below
The fit-out floor was above an active workspace. Construction activities had to be scheduled and sequenced to prevent noise and dust disruption during business hours.
Brand Integration from Day One
Brand graphics, wall wraps, and custom joinery were specified to integrate seamlessly with the architectural fit-out — not added as an afterthought.
Our Approach
How Impulse Branding executed it
A single IBS project manager coordinated all sub-disciplines — civil, MEP, interior, and signage — from a single site office, eliminating the inter-vendor communications that typically cause delays.
Civil and MEP works were phased in parallel where safe to do so, compressing the sequential build timeline by approximately 3 weeks.
Brand graphics and wayfinding elements were designed alongside the interior — not retrofitted after construction — ensuring visual coherence across the space.

The 12,000 sq ft fit-out was delivered within the 10-week window, on budget. GroupM's space included open-plan work areas, enclosed meeting rooms, an executive boardroom, and a reception with custom joinery and brand graphics.
