IDFC FIRST Bank
Multi-City In-Branch Graphics Rollout — 180 Branches Across India
180 branches. 24 cities. One in-house team.
The Challenge
What the project needed to solve
Consistent Brand Identity at Scale
IDFC FIRST Bank needed uniform visual brand standards across 180 branches in Tier 1, 2, and 3 cities — with zero colour drift or specification deviation between batches.
Compressed Timeline
The 14-week delivery window left no room for coordination delays between multiple vendors or agencies. Single-source production was the only viable path.
Logistics Across 24 Cities
Centralised production had to be paired with precision last-mile logistics to branches in cities ranging from Mumbai to Tier 3 towns.
Live Branch Installations
Installations happened in active branches — minimising disruption to banking operations while meeting the visual brand refresh schedule.
Our Approach
How Impulse Branding executed it
All in-branch graphics, wall wraps, teller panel signage, and external LED fascia were produced entirely at IBS's Mumbai manufacturing facility — eliminating inter-vendor dependencies.
A centralised project coordinator managed the installation schedule across all 24 cities, batching cities geographically to optimise logistics and crew deployment.
Digital print files were QC-reviewed against brand standards before any print run. Colour calibration across all print machines ensured batch-to-batch consistency.
Night and weekend installation slots were coordinated with branch managers to minimise banking-hours disruption.

Project Outcome
All 180 branches completed within the 14-week programme window. Zero brand specification deviations across the rollout. IDFC FIRST Bank subsequently engaged IBS for subsequent refresh cycles.
