WeWork Global Design Standards
WeWork operates to globally standardised interior design specifications — finishes, joinery details, and MEP routing must conform precisely to their global fitout manual.

RKS Interior's in-house civil and MEP team was deployed across all three sites simultaneously, with a dedicated site manager at each location reporting to a central project director.
WeWork's global fitout manual was reviewed with their Asia fit-out team before work began — material substitutions were pre-approved to avoid on-site rejections.

All three WeWork locations delivered on schedule. The combined 30,000+ sq ft of co-working space was handed over to WeWork's operations team within the agreed programme windows.
